Looking for a therapist ?

If you weren’t depressed and stressed already, looking for a therapist would be a good way to get you there.
Phone calls don’t get answered. Insurance companies surprise you with what they don’t pay.
And they expect you to pick a name blindly from some “list of providers” and just open yourself up.
There is the cost.
And what goes on in psychotherapy anyway?
